Each Player is permitted to hold one (1) Account only on the epiv2 Platform. Opening multiple accounts — whether under different names, email addresses, phone numbers, IP addresses, or payment methods — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms. epiv2 reserves the right to close all associated accounts and forfeit all balances upon detecting duplicate registrations.
You are required to provide complete, accurate, and truthful information during the registration process and to maintain the accuracy of your account details at all times. This includes, but is not limited to, your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and contact telephone number. Any material inaccuracy or misrepresentation in the information provided may result in the immediate suspension or permanent closure of your Account.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. You must notify epiv2 immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your Account. epiv2 will not be liable for any losses arising from your failure to adequately secure your account credentials. We will never request your password through any communication channel — any such request should be treated as fraudulent and reported to our support team immediately.
All accounts on the epiv2 Platform are denominated in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR / Rp). Once selected, the account currency cannot be changed. All deposits, withdrawals, wagers, bonuses, and winnings are recorded and processed in IDR.
epiv2 is committed to operating a secure, compliant, and transparent gaming environment. As part of this commitment, all Players are required to complete identity verification (KYC) before processing their first withdrawal request. Any attempt to withdraw funds to a third-party account will result in the rejection of the withdrawal and the suspension of the Account pending investigation.
The following terms govern all financial transactions conducted on the epiv2 Platform. All transactions are processed in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR / Rp).
epiv2 does not charge deposit or withdrawal fees. Should any bank or e-wallet provider impose intermediary or transfer charges, such charges are the responsibility of the Player. Where a deposit is erroneously credited due to a system error, epiv2 reserves the right to reverse the transaction and adjust the Account balance accordingly. Any wager placed with such erroneously credited funds may be declared void.

The following actions constitute bonus abuse and will result in the cancellation of the bonus, forfeiture of associated winnings, and potential Account closure:
epiv2 reserves the right to decline, withdraw, or revoke any bonus at any time without prior notice where it reasonably believes the bonus terms have been breached or that abuse has occurred. All decisions regarding bonus eligibility remain at the sole discretion of the Company.
The following rules apply to all forms of gaming on the epiv2 Platform, including casino games, sports betting, live dealer titles, crash games, and togel (Indonesia's traditional numbers lottery) markets:
All wagers are accepted only when the Platform confirms acceptance through a displayed bet reference number. A bet is considered valid only after this confirmation is received. If a bet is placed but not confirmed due to a system error, disconnection, or other technical interruption, it shall be deemed void.
epiv2 may void any wager that is placed at prices or odds that are clearly incorrect or that result from an error, technical malfunction, or otherwise erroneous or suspicious conditions. Where a wager is voided due to incorrect prices, the original stake will be refunded to the Player's Account.
All game results are determined by the outcome recorded in the relevant game's software or for the relevant live event. For live dealer games, results are determined by the outcome of the live stream and applying the game's rules. For sports betting, results are determined by the official declared results of the relevant event. For togel draws, results are determined by the official draw outcome for the relevant market.
Maximum payout limits may apply per game, per bet, or per account as published on the Platform. Any win exceeding the applicable maximum payout limit shall be settled at the applicable limit.
Where a wager is settled incorrectly and the Player is aware of the incorrect settlement, the Player must notify epiv2 immediately upon discovery. If settlement is clearly incorrect but has been accepted, the Player may not raise a claim after thirty (30) days from the date of settlement.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the epiv2 Platform. Any breach of the terms in this section may result in immediate account suspension or permanent closure, forfeiture of balances and winnings, and notification to relevant authorities where necessary:
All proprietary rights, content, and intellectual property associated with the epiv2 Platform — including but not limited to the brand name, logos, trademarks, graphics, text, software, game interfaces, and the underlying game content provided by our partners — are the exclusive property of epiv2 and/or its respective licensors, and are protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. No content may be reproduced, distributed, republished, downloaded, displayed, or otherwise exploited for commercial gain without the prior written consent of epiv2 or the relevant rights holder.
Game titles, studio names, and game content appearing on the Platform (including titles from providers such as Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Pocket Games Soft) remain the intellectual property of their respective owners, who share no affiliation with epiv2 other than as licensors.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, epiv2 shall not be liable for, and you hereby waive any claim in respect of, any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, business revenue, goodwill, or data arising out of or in connection with your use of or inability to use the Platform, including but not limited to:

Where such liability cannot be excluded, the liability of epiv2 shall be limited to the balance held in your Account at the time the liability arises. In no event shall the aggregate liability of the Company exceed the total amount of deposits made by you into your Account.

Upon termination, epiv2 may forfeit any balance held in the Account where the termination arises from a breach of these Terms. Where termination is not the result of any breach on your part, any remaining balance in your Account (subject to applicable verification requirements) will be returned to you by the original payment method used to make the corresponding deposit.
You may close your Account at any time by contacting our support team. Where you elect to close your Account, you must first verify that there are no outstanding withdrawal requests, pending bets, or bonus wagering obligations that remain unsettled.
These Terms & Conditions and any dispute arising out of or in connection with your access to or use of the epiv2 Platform shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which epiv2 is licensed and regulated.
